Abstract:Objective: To investigate the clinical characteristics of female schizophrenia with obsessive compulsive symptoms by controlled analysis. Methods: In our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were 50 patients with obsessive-compulsive symptoms in female schizophrenic patients as the observation group, treated with the same period of schizophrenia with obsessive-compulsive symptoms of patients as control group, comparative analysis of clinical features with obsessive-compulsive symptoms of female patients with schizophrenia. Results: Most of the patients in the observation group were only 1 kinds of obsessive-compulsive symptoms, and 90% of the patients had obsessive-compulsive symptoms, and there were no obvious causes. There was no corresponding tension and anxiety in the patients with obsessive-compulsive symptoms, and 96% of the patients were lack of cognition for obsessive-compulsive disorder. Obsessive compulsive symptoms can occur in every period of schizophrenia. With and without obsessive-compulsive symptoms of female schizophrenia disease in patients with no significant difference, but with obsessive-compulsive symptoms of female schizophrenic patients with young age, times of hospitalization, shorter hospitalization time, curative effect and prognosis of good clinical features. Conclusion: Mastering the clinical characteristics of female schizophrenia accompanied by obsessive-compulsive symptoms and early diagnosis and treatment are very important for improving the prognosis of the patients.
