Abstract:【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of Cervical expansion balloon on cervical Bishop’’s score, delivery mode and the outcome of mother and baby. Methods: Our hospital in July, 2016 - December 2016 213 cases of cervical, conditions are ripe for induced labor of pregnant women as the research object, by using digital table randomly divided into two groups, control group 106 cases using oxytocin induced labor, the observation group 107 examples adopts Cervical expansion balloon to promote cervical mature, compare two groups of cervical Bishop score, delivery mode and and outcomes. Results: The two groups of Bishop were significantly improved (P<0.05). Observation group 12 h after induced labor for Bishop score (6.59±1.73), significantly higher than that of control group (4.81±1.07) points, observation group induced labor to labor time is (16.71±3.62) h, total labor (8.16 ±1.50) h, are shorter than the control group (36.87 ± 9.43) h and h (10.93 ±2.08), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The rate of vaginal delivery in the observed group was 75.70%, significantly higher than the 48.11% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Two groups of cervical laceration、postpartum 2h bleeding> 500ml, uterine infection、fetal uterine distress、and neonatal asphyxiation rate (P>0.05). Conclusion: The Cervical expansion balloon to promote cervical mature physiological change, labor can improve the vaginal births, and does not increase postpartum infection, hemorrhage, and neonatal asphyxia adverse outcomes, and easy to operate, occupy less human resources, is an ideal method to grassroots hospital late pregnancy induced labor.
