Objective: To investigate and analyze the nursing methods and effects of cesarean section after pregnancy induced hypertension. Methods: during the period from January 2015 to January 2017, to choose cesarean section pregnancy 80 cases of patients with hypertension as the research object in our hospital, randomly 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group 40 cases and control group 40 cases, using the general method of nursing care of patients in the control group, the comprehensive quality nursing measures of nursing observation groups of patients, nursing effect evaluation of the observation group and the control group, the evaluation indicators include care comfort, satisfaction and hospitalization time. Results: the observation group nursing comfort and satisfaction with nursing work was higher than that in control group, patients with ambulation time, gastrointestinal function recovery time, lactation time, hospitalization time were shorter than the control group, there was statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: the implementation of comprehensive quality care in cesarean section after pregnancy hypertension is better, and it is helpful to promote the recovery of patients, and is worthy of popularization and application
