Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy and application value of ultrasonically guided ovarian chocolate cysts. Methods： From January 2 012 to December 2014, 78 cases of ovarian chocolate cyst patients were punctured and fluid aspirated under ultrasound-guided by injecting anhydrous alcohol hardening. All the patients were followed up for two years. Results： 78 cases of ovarian chocolate cyst were punctured successfully, 66 cases of chocolate cyst disappeared in half a year, 10 cases were improved (lumen narrowing 1/2). All post operatives’ cyst disappeared within a year, without recurrence in two years. Conclusion： Ultrasonic guidance of chocolate cyst intervention has good safety and efficiency, and is worth popularizing in clinical practice
