Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of transnasal ileus tube in the treatment of intestinal obstruction. Methods: a retrospective analysis of 88 patients with intestinal obstruction in our hospital patients, according to the different treatment methods, were divided into study group of 42 cases and 46 cases in the control group. The study group using transnasal ileus tube therapy, the control group using nasogastric tube the treatment. Two groups were observed in patients with catheterization success rate of treatment, intestinal obstruction remission and complications. Results all patients success rate was 98.9%, the total efficiency of the study group after treatment was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). The study group abdominal pain relief time, anal exhaust time and defecation relief Liquid gas plane disappeared time were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.01); the average daily catheter drainage and 24h gastrointestinal decompression, study group than the control group (P<0.01); the complication rate is higher than that of control group, study group, but no significant differences between the two groups. Conclusion transnasal intestinal obstruction catheter for the treatment of intestinal obstruction effect, less complications, is worthy of clinical application
