Abstract: Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of acupotomy treatment of flexor tendon tenosynovitis patients. Methods: in our hospital from August 2015 to August 2016 were 106 cases of stenosing tenosynovitis patients as the research object, randomly divided into two groups with 53 cases in each group, the control group was treated with closed treatment, the observation group was treated with small needle knife the treatment methods, the effect of two groups of patients, compare the recurrence and improve pain. Results: the effective rate of the observation group was 96.23% higher than that of the control group 62.26%, observation group treatment effect is better, P < 0.05; outlook Observation group of patients within 6 months, the recurrence rate was 1.89% lower than the control group 30.19%, P < 0.05; after treatment of two groups of patients with pain were significantly improved in the observation group decreased more significantly, P < 0.05. conclusion: Patients with stenosing tenosynovitis of the flexor tendon effect of small needle knife treatment significantly, and effectively control the recurrence. Alleviate the patient’’s pain, higher value in clinical application.
