Objective: The design scale of nasal surgery was discussed according to the characteristics of nose planning and postoperative bad complications.Methods: Choosing patients in 2964 cases in our hospital for plastic surgery rhinoplasty from March 2013 to March 2017.The design effect was evaluated by clinicians and aesthetic standards，and the satisfaction of patients was investigated.Results: The ideal rhinoplasty effect was achieved in 2021 of 2964 patients who underwent augmentation rhinoplasty，improved rhinoplasty was achieved in 922 patients，19 patients were repaired because of postoperative complications and satisfactory results were achieved after operation，2 patients were removed from the nose prosthesis because of personal psychological rejection.Conclusion: The design standards of human aesthetics should be adjusted according to the individual differences of patients.Different surgical procedures and implant materials were chosen according to different local and individual differences.
