National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) represents the level of the hospital in the field of basic research, and has become an important index to evaluate the strength and academic level of hospitals. How to improve the success rate of the NSFC, is the mission of the hospital scientific research management. In this paper, starting from the practice of hospital scientific research management, from NSFC of the hospital success in nearly three years, sum up experience, propose the suggestion to strengthen scientific management, in order to be helpful to the scientific research project management organization to declare funds.
