Abstract:[Abstract] Objective To study nursing care after cardiac valve replacement clinical value of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis. Methods in our hospital from July 2015 to December 2016 a total of 64 cases of heart valve replacement patients as the research object, according to the time of admission were divided into observation group (July 2015 to May 2016) and the control group (June 2016 to December 2016), 32 patients in each group. The observation group were given predictive nursing intervention, to control the implementation of routine nursing intervention group patients. Compared two groups of patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity Rate, lower limb swelling degree, nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group. Results the incidence of DVT was 6.25%, nursing satisfaction was 96.88%; the control group of patients with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis rate was 25%, nursing satisfaction was 78.13%; comparison between groups, difference, and P<0.05 has statistical significance. Moreover, the observation group patients with lower limb swelling degree were significantly better than the control group patients (P<0.05). Conclusion for patients with predictive nursing intervention after cardiac valve replacement, can significantly reduce the incidence of deep venous thrombosis, improve the patient’’s nursing The management satisfaction and the length of stay in the hospital, while establishing a good relationship between doctors and patients, worthy of clinical application
