Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of imaging examination. Methods 14 cases of choroidal malignant melanoma confirmed by pathological examination were studied .6 cases by ultrasonography and CT, 8 cases by ultrasonography and MRI. Results B- ultrasonography and CT showed a mass of semi-round and isodensity , MRI T1 is middle to high signal,T2 is a low sinal. Conclusion: B-method ultrasonography combined with CT,MRI show the imaging characteristic of choroidal melanoma and have important clinical value
