Objective To investigate the effect of Naloxone with Edaravone in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke.Method: choose 80 cases from June 2015 to June 2017, our hospital patients with acute ischemic stroke, the selected patients were randomly divided into treatment group and the control way, 40 cases in each group of patients, control group patients use in Edaravone in treatment, the treatment group patients with Edaravone and Naloxone combination therapy, analysis of the clinical efficacy of two treatment method. Results: the effective rate of control group was 75.0% and 90.0% respectively. Conclusion: combined with the treatment of acute ischemic stroke by Edaravone and Naloxone, the cure rate can be improved, the disability rate and death rate can be reduced
