Objective to study the application of evidence-based nursing in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus in nursing. Methods by random methods since the study included 100 cases admitted during the period from January 2014 to December 2016 in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus, and divided into 2 groups, were given routine nursing care; nursing combined with evidence-based research group on the basis of conventional care. The treatment of patients in the study group, the total effective rate was 98% (49/50), the total nursing satisfaction rate was 100% (50/50); the treatment group the total effective rate was 78% (39/50), the total nursing satisfaction rate was 70. 00% (35/50); there were obvious differences in P < 0.05. conclusion the application effect of evidence-based nursing in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus in nursing is effective, can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect of patients, promote the rehabilitation of diseases, improve the relationship between nurses and patients, is worthy of popularization and application.
