| 邢台地区育龄期妇女甲状腺功能减退的调查 |

| 目的 观察邢台地区2013年-2015年间育龄期妇女孕前甲状腺功能减退的情况，为育龄期妇女的孕前检查、优生优育提供科学依据。方法 连续收集我院门诊2013年～2015年间的育龄期妇女1058例，采用电化学发光法，试剂由Roche公司提供，在Roche全自动发光仪MYEGOI上进行游离甲状腺素（FT4）、促甲状腺激素（TSH）、甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体（TPO-Ab）的检测。选取TSH＞4.2mIU/L，FT4＜12pmol/L（或）FT4正常的甲减或亚临床甲减的妇女作为观察组，分析不同组间甲状腺功能减退的发生率。结果 甲状腺功能异常的发生率随年龄增长而升高，其差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 邢台地区育龄期妇女甲状腺功能异常的发生率随年龄增长而升高，是孕前化验的必要项目。 |

| The investigation of womens hypothyroidism at reproductive age in Xingtai city |

| Abstract: |
| Objective To observe Hypothyroidism of women at reproductive age in Xingtai city.For the women of reproductive age prepregnancy check,and to provide a scientific basis for eugenics. Methods 1058 women of reproductive age enrolled were continuous collection of our hospital outpatient. The markers of thyroid function,such as free thyroxine(FT4),thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH),and thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPO-Ab) were determined with the electrochemiluminescence immunoassay(Roche MYEGOI).Selection of hypothyroidism or subclinical hypothyroidism women as the observation group,the incidence of thyroid disfunction in different groups was analyzed. Results The incidence of hypothyroidism increased with age. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The incidence of hypothyroidism in reproductive age women in Xingtai is increasing with age.It is necessary to test the project before pregnancy |
