| 目的 评价阿帕替尼联合替莫唑胺治疗脑胶质瘤术后复发的疗效及安全性。方法 选择住院治疗的61例脑胶质瘤术后复发的患者作为研究对象， 其中对照组34例单纯采用替莫唑胺治疗，观察组27例在对照组治疗的基础上联合阿帕替尼治疗，比较两组之间的近期疗效及副反应。 结果 与治疗前相比，观察组治疗后影像学检查结果表明完全缓解7例占25.92％，部分缓解12例占44.44％，稳定6例占22.22％，进展2例占7.40％，总有效率为92.59％；对照组完全缓解1例占2.94％，部分缓解13例占38.23％，稳定9例占26.47％，进展11例占32.35％，总有效率为67.64％，两组完全缓解率和有效率比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜O.05)；不良反应以胃肠道反应及阿帕替尼引起的高血压为主，仅有观察组的7例患者出现高血压的不良反应，降压处理后血压恢复正常。结论 阿帕替尼联合替莫唑胺治疗脑胶质瘤术后复发的患者具有良好的控制率，安全且不良反应少，值得临床进一步推广应用。 |

| Efficacy of Apatinib combined with temozolomide for the treatment of brain glioma recurrence after operation |

| objective to evaluate the effect of Apatinib combined with temozolomide in the treatment of brain glioma recurrence after operation and observe its side effects. Method 61 patients with brain metastases were divided into two groups.27 patients in observation group received the treatment of Apatinib combined with temozolomide, and 34 patients in control group simplely received the treatment of temozolomide．Results imaging studies showed that the tumors disappeared 7 in observation group and 1 in control group，shranked 12 in observation group and 13 in control group，remained unchanged 6 in observation group and 9 in control group，progressed 2 in observation group and 11 in control group，The difference between two groups has statistical significance(P<0.05)．Main toxicities of this study were gastrointestinal reaction and hypertension，and there were only 7 patients with hypertension Side-effects in observation group. Conclusions Apatinib combined with temozolomide is effective for the treatment of brain glioma recurrence after operation，which is safe and provides a high local tumor control rate． |
