2型糖尿病患者和血糖正常人体鸢尾素与同型半胱氨酸相关性研究

摘要:
目标:探索2型糖尿病患者(发展成心血管病高风险人群)与血糖正常人群血鸢尾素与同型半胱氨酸之间是否存在关联。方法:选取69名2型糖尿病患者和75名同期健康志愿者作为研究对象,测量人体各项指标、血液生化变量、血鸢尾素和同型半胱氨酸浓度。结果:在2型糖尿病患者血同型半胱氨酸水平明显升高(11.50±3.10 vs 12.70±4.40)和鸢尾素水平降低(283.30±58.10 vs 246.50±41.20)。同时考虑2型糖尿病患者和健康志愿者,发现鸢尾素只与同型半胱氨酸相关联,并且依据同型半胱氨酸水平的增加鸢尾素含量降低(p<0.05)。结论:血鸢尾素和同型半胱氨酸之间相关联,这可能由烟酰胺代谢引起。这一关系的临床意义不清楚,需要进一步的机制研究调查鸢尾素在血管疾病发病机制中发挥的作用。

Study on the relationship between irisin and homocysteine in type 2 diabetic and euglycemic subjects

Abstract:
Objective: To explore whether there is an association between serum homocysteine and irisin in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (a population with a high risk of developed into cardiovascular disease) and euglyxemic controls. Methods: 69 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and 75 healthy volunteers were selected as the subjects. Anthropometric and biochemical variables and irisin and homocysteine concentrations were determined. Results:Levels of homocysteine were significantly higher and levels of irisin were lower in T2D patients. When both T2D and controls were considered,irisin was found to correlate only with homocysteine. Moreover, a decreasing trend in irisin levels was observed according to the increase of homocysteine levels, the difference was statistically significant (p < 0.05). Conclusion: An association between irisin and homocysteine in blood, which may be due to nicotinamide metabolism. the clinical significance of this relationship is not clear, and further studies are needed to explore the role of iris in the pathogenesis of vascular diseases
