| 摘要：目的：探讨小针刀治疗屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎患者临床效果。方法：将本院于2015年8月至2016年8月期间收治的106例屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎患者作为研究对象，随机将其分为两组各53例，其中对照组采用封闭治疗方式，观察组则采用小针刀治疗方式，对两组患者的治疗效果、复发情况及疼痛改善进行比较研究。结果：观察组患者治疗有效率为96.23%显著高于对照组62.26%,观察组治疗效果更好，P＜0.05；观察组患者6个月内复发率为1.89%显著低于对照组30.19%，P＜0.05；治疗后两组患者疼痛程度均明显改善，以观察组降低程度更明显，P＜0.05。结论：屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎患者采用小针刀治疗方式效果显著，且有效控制复发情况，减轻患者疼痛感，临床应用价值较高。 |

| Abstract: Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of acupotomy treatment of flexor tendon tenosynovitis patients. Methods: in our hospital from August 2015 to August 2016 were 106 cases of stenosing tenosynovitis patients as the research object, randomly divided into two groups with 53 cases in each group, the control group was treated with closed treatment, the observation group was treated with small needle knife the treatment methods, the effect of two groups of patients, compare the recurrence and improve pain. Results: the effective rate of the observation group was 96.23% higher than that of the control group 62.26%, observation group treatment effect is better, P < 0.05; outlook Observation group of patients within 6 months, the recurrence rate was 1.89% lower than the control group 30.19%, P < 0.05; after treatment of two groups of patients with pain were significantly improved in the observation group decreased more significantly, P < 0.05. conclusion: Patients with stenosing tenosynovitis of the flexor tendon effect of small needle knife treatment significantly, and effectively control the recurrence. Alleviate the patient’’s pain, higher value in clinical application. |
