| 【摘要】目的 分析研究预见性护理在心脏瓣膜置换术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床价值。方法 选取我院在2015年7月～2016年12月收治的64例行心脏瓣膜置换术的患者作为本次的研究对象，将其按入院时间分为观察组（2015年7月～2016年5月）与对照组（2016年6月～2016年12月），每组32例患者。给予观察组患者实施预见性护理干预，给予对照组患者实施常规护理干预。对比两组患者下肢深静脉血栓的发生率、下肢肿胀程度、护理满意度。结果 观察组患者下肢深静脉血栓的发生率为6.25%，护理满意度为96.88%；对照组患者下肢深静脉血栓的发生率为25.00%，护理满意度为78.13%；组间比较，差异显著，且P<0.05，具有统计学意义。并且，观察组患者的下肢肿胀程度均显著优于对照组患者（P<0.05）。结论 在心脏瓣膜置换术后给予患者实施预见性护理干预，可显著降低下肢深静脉血栓的发生率，提高患者的护理满意度，缩短患者住院时长的同时又建立起了良好的医患关系，值得临床推广应用。 【关键词】预见性护理；心脏瓣膜置换术；下肢深静脉血栓 |

| [Abstract] Objective To study nursing care after cardiac valve replacement clinical value of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis. Methods in our hospital from July 2015 to December 2016 a total of 64 cases of heart valve replacement patients as the research object, according to the time of admission were divided into observation group (July 2015 to May 2016) and the control group (June 2016 to December 2016), 32 patients in each group. The observation group were given predictive nursing intervention, to control the implementation of routine nursing intervention group patients. Compared two groups of patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity Rate, lower limb swelling degree, nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group. Results the incidence of DVT was 6.25%, nursing satisfaction was 96.88%; the control group of patients with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis rate was 25%, nursing satisfaction was 78.13%; comparison between groups, difference, and P<0.05 has statistical significance. Moreover, the observation group patients with lower limb swelling degree were significantly better than the control group patients (P<0.05). Conclusion for patients with predictive nursing intervention after cardiac valve replacement, can significantly reduce the incidence of deep venous thrombosis, improve the patient’’s nursing The management satisfaction and the length of stay in the hospital, while establishing a good relationship between doctors and patients, worthy of clinical application |
