| 目的：评估腹腔镜肝部分切除术与开放式肝部分切除术的临床效果。方法：对本院收治的肝血管瘤患者78例作为研究对象，研究时间2014年3月至2017年3月，收集所有患者的临床资料，并对相关数据进行回顾性分析，其中，应用开放式肝部分切除术进行治疗的患者共有30例，设为对照组，应用腹腔镜肝部分切除术进行治疗的患者共有48例，设为观察组，对两组手术相关指标进行评价、分析，评价腹腔镜手术和开放手术应用价值。结果：两组患者手术时间、术中总出血量、输血率无较大差异，无统计学意义（P>0.05）；观察组患者开始进食时间、镇痛药物使用率、住院时间、并发症发生率与对照组有较大差别，有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组复发率、死亡率与对照组无显著差异，无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：腹腔镜肝部分切除术的临床治疗效果优于开放式肝部分切除术，能有效缩短患者住院时间，应推荐采纳。 |

| Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of laparoscopic liver resection surgery with open hepatectomy. Methods: the hospital treated 78 cases of liver hemangioma patients as the research object, study the time from March 2014 to March 2017, the clinical data of all patients were collected, and the related data were analyzed retrospectively.
