| 【摘要】目的:研讨胃肠道间质瘤（GIST）患者运用64排螺旋CT机检查的图像表现与病理特点。方法:将我院2014年6月-2017年5月收治的45例GIST患者纳入研究，给予64排螺旋CT扫描，同时结合患者的病理学资料作对比评估。结果:本组45例GIST病例均由病理学检查确诊，其中良、恶性各有13例和32例。统计学处理提示GIST的良恶性与其形态、边缘及密度等存在相关性，比较差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论: 64排螺旋CT操作简单、显像清晰，对早期鉴别诊断GIST的良恶性有重要价值，值得推荐。 |

| 【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the image manifestations and pathological features of 64 row helical CT of Gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST). Methods: From June in 2014 to May in 2017, 45 cases of patients with GIST were selected into the study, scanned with 64 row helical CT, and made comparative assessment combining with the patient’’s pathology data. Results: Among 45 cases of GIST cases confirmed by pathology examination, there were 13 cases and 32 cases of benign and malignant. Statistical processing confirmed there was correlation between the benign and malignant of GIST and its morphology, edge and density, with significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion: 64 row helical CT machine, the operation is simple, clear imaging, the early differential diagnosis of benign and malignant GIST has important value, so it is worthy of recommendation. |
