| 卵巢癌是一种比较常见的妇科恶性肿瘤，其死亡率位于妇科肿瘤之首位，主要原因在于大多数患者在就诊时就已经处于疾病晚期。中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值（neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio，NLR）作为一种全身炎症反应的评价指标，近年来关于NLR在卵巢癌诊断、病情判断及预后的预测中应用的研究越来越多，指出NLR在卵巢癌患者的中有一定的研究及应用价值，可以为卵巢癌患者的疾病诊断及预后预测提供新的思路。 |

| 【Abstract】Ovarian cancer is one of the most common gynecologic malignancies, and its mortality is at the top of gynecologic tumors. The main reason is that most of the patients are already in the advanced stage of the disease when they visit the clinic. Neutrophil and lymphocyte ratio as a kind of systemic inflammatory response evaluation index, in recent years more and more research on the application of NLR in predicting the severity and prognosis in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer, and points out that the NLR has a certain value of research and application in patients with ovarian cancer, can provide new ideas for the diagnosis and prognosis of disease the prediction of ovarian cancer patients. |
