| 目的 研究超声引导下卵巢囊肿介入治疗的临床应用价值。方法 回顾性分析96例患者，108个卵巢囊肿，在超声引导下穿刺抽吸囊液后注入无水酒精硬化治疗，随访其变化，1年后观察治疗效果，2年观察其复发。结果 108个卵巢囊肿均穿刺成功，穿刺病理结果均为良性肿瘤。治愈93个、治愈率86.1%，显效13个、效率、显效率12%，无效2个、无效率1.8%，总有效率96.1%，复发0例，无严重不良反应发生。结论 超声引导下卵巢囊肿介入治疗创伤小、并发症少、安全性好、临床疗效好。 |

| Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy and application value of ultrasonically guided ovarian chocolate cysts. Methods： From January 2 012 to December 2014, 78 cases of ovarian chocolate cyst patients were punctured and fluid aspirated under ultrasound-guided by injecting anhydrous alcohol hardening. All the patients were followed up for two years. Results： 78 cases of ovarian chocolate cyst were punctured successfully, 66 cases of chocolate cyst disappeared in half a year, 10 cases were improved (lumen narrowing 1/2). All post operatives’ cyst disappeared within a year, without recurrence in two years. Conclusion： Ultrasonic guidance of chocolate cyst intervention has good safety and efficiency, and is worth popularizing in clinical practice |
