| 目的 研究分析将血浆净化应用于风湿免疫性疾病的治疗中的效果。方法 随机选取我院收治的风湿免疫性疾病患者62例，给予所有患者药物治疗，在此基础上，根据患者不同的病情选择使用双重过滤血浆净化技术（DEPP）或血浆吸附技术（PA)）的血浆净化方法，观察患者治疗前后血清免疫球蛋白、红细胞沉降率（ESR）、自身抗体、C反应蛋白（CRP）、补体（C3、C4）等指标的变化情况与临床反应。结果 治疗后患者各项指标均较治疗前显著改善，且P<0.05，数据差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05），患者发生的不良反应较少。结论 血浆净化治疗风湿免疫性疾病疗效显著，安全性高，应在临床治疗中推广应用。 |

| Objective To study the analysis of plasma purification used in the treatment of rheumatic diseases in 62 patients. The effect of rheumatic disease methods randomly selected from our hospital patients, all patients were given drug treatment, based on this, the patients according to different condition selection of purification technology using double filtration plasmapheresis (DEPP) or plasma adsorption technology (PA)) plasma purification method, observation of patients with serum immunoglobulin, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), autoantibodies, C reactive protein (CRP), complement (C3, C4) and other indicators of changes and clinical results after treatment in patients with reaction. All indexes were significantly improved compared with before treatment, and P<0.05 data statistically significant difference (P<0.05), fewer adverse events. Conclusion plasma purification efficacy in the treatment of rheumatic disease significantly, high safety, should be widely applied in clinical treatment |
