| 目的：讨论分析产后盆底肌康复治疗对盆底功能障碍性疾病的预防价值。方法：在我院收治的产后盆底功能障碍性疾病患者中抽取132例设为本次分析对象，根据随机法规律将其分为对照组（66例）和讨论组（66例）。对照组患者通过阴道哑铃锻炼，讨论组在进行阴道哑铃锻炼的同时给予生物反馈联合电刺激治疗；观察两组患者的情况。结果：讨论组患者的盆底收缩压、持续收缩压、维持时间、快速收缩压和收缩数量均高于对照组，组间数据差异显著，存在统计学意义（P<0.05）；对照组患者的腰骶疼痛、阴道松弛、阴道干涩和尿频尿急症状发生率均高于讨论组，组间数据差异显著，存在统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：在产后盆底功能障碍性疾病患者的防治过程中，盆底肌功能锻炼和生物反馈联合电刺激治疗表现出良好疗效，可作为首选防治方案。 |

| Objective: to discuss the analysis of postpartum pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation prevention value of pelvic floor dysfunction. Methods: in our hospital in patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction in 132 cases of extraction for the analysis object, according to the law were divided into the control group (66 cases) and discussion group (66 cases). Patients in the control group by vaginal dumbbell exercise, group discussion in vaginal dumbbell exercise and biofeedback combined with electrical stimulation therapy; the two groups were observed. Results: the group of patients with pelvic floor sustained systolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure, duration, systolic blood pressure and rapid contraction in the number group were higher than the control group. The data difference, there is statistical significance (P<0.05); the control group of patients with lumbosacral pain, vaginal relaxation, vaginal dryness and frequent urination symptoms were higher than the group discussion, the data differences between groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: in the patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction disease prevention process pelvic floor muscle function exercise and biofeedback combined with electrical stimulation therapy showed good curative effect, can be used as the preferred solutions |
