| 摘要: |
| 目的：探讨脉络膜黑色素瘤影像检查的诊断价值。方法：采用超声、CT、MRI检查诊断脉络膜黑14例。其中超声与CT 6例，超声与MRI 8例。结果：B超及CT显示半圆形密度均等肿块，MRI提示T1加权像中到高信号，T2加权像为低信号。结论：B超检查结合CT、MRI的联合应用能充分显示脉络膜黑色素瘤的影像特征，对脉络膜黑色素瘤的诊断具有重要的临床价值。 |

| Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of imaging examination. Methods 14 cases of choroidal malignant melanoma confirmed by pathological examination were studied .6 cases by ultrasonography and CT, 8 cases by ultrasonography and MRI. Results B- ultrasonography and CT showed a mass of semi-round and isodensity , MRI T1 is middle to high signal,T2 is a low sinal. Conclusion: B-method ultrasonography combined with CT,MRI show the imaging characteristic of choroidal melanoma and have important clinical value |
