目的 研究银川地区Rh(D)阴性献血者中D变异型表型分布。方法 经盐水法初筛Rh(D)阴性献血者标本利用抗人球蛋白试验确认弱D(部分D),用吸收放散试验确认RhDel型,再用Rh血型分型微柱凝胶卡确定Rh表型。结果 509份初筛为Rh(D)阴性的献血者检出D变异型93份(18.3%),其中弱D(部分D)35例(6.9%),DeL型58例(11.4%),真实的Rh(D)阴性416例(81.7%)。35例弱D(部分D)表型分布为 ccEe 19例(54.29%),CcEe 6例(17.14%),Ccee 5例(14.29%),ccee 3例(8.57%),CCee 2例(5.71%)。58例Del型表型分布为ccEe 23例(39.66%),CcEe 11例(18.97%),ccee 11例(18.97%),CCee 8例(13.79%),CCEe 3例(5.17%),ccEE 2例(3.45%)。结论 银川地区D变异型检出率较高,将这部分献血者按RhD阳性发往临床能够保证输血安全,同时也应该重视C、c、E、e抗原的鉴定。 |

Abstract: |
Objective To study the phenotype of RhD variants in Yinchuan. Methods RhD negative blood donors screened by saline method were confirmed as weak D(partial D)by indirect antiglobulin test(IAT). IAT negative blood donors were confirmed as Rh Del by absorption and elution test. Rh microtube column agglutinatior was used to identify Rh phenotype. Results Among 509 RhD negative blood donors, 93(18.3%)Rh D variants were identified, including 35(6.9%)weak D(partial D), 58(11.4%)DeL and 416(81.7%)RhD negative.The distribution of Rh phenotype was as followed, 35 weak D(partial D):ccEe 19(54.29%),CcEe 6(17.14%),Ccee 5(14.29%),ccee 3(8.57%),CCee 2(5.71%).58 DeL:ccEe 23(39.66%),CcEe 11(18.97%),ccee 11(18.97%),CCee 8(13.79%),CCEe 3(5.17%),ccEE 2(3.45%). Conclusion The rate of D variants is high in Yinchuan, so this part of the blood donors determining positive which sent to the clinical can ensure blood transfusion safety.
