| 目的 探讨经皮肾镜碎石术（PCNL）后感染性休克的早期预警指标探究及其对血清细胞因子的影响。方法 选取2015年1月-2015年12月我院收治的PCNL术后感染性休克患者32例为研究组，选取同期术后未感染患者32例为对照组，对比两组患者早期预警指标以及血清细胞因子水平。结果 两组患者的血生化指标对比方面，研究组患者的DD（D二聚体）以及TNT（肌钙蛋白）水平显著高于对照组，CHE（胆碱酯酶）以及ALB（白蛋白）水平明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组患者的血清细胞因子对比方面，研究组血清当中的IL-6（白介素-6）、IL-10（白介素-10）、CRP以及TNF-α水平均显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 PCNL患者血清炎性细胞因子水平显著上升，是感染性休克的重要预警指标，需要做好相应的干预措施。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective: To investigate the early warning index of septic shock after percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) and its effect on serum cytokines. Methods: 32 patients with PCSL postoperative septic shock were enrolled in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015. 32 patients with uninfected patients were selected as the control group. The early warning indexes of the two groups were compared with those of the two groups. Serum cytokine levels. Results: The levels of DD (D-dimer) and TNT (troponin) in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group, CHE (cholinesterase) and ALB (albumin) (IL-6) and IL-10 (interleukin-10) were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The serum cytokines in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The levels of RORyt and Foxp3 in the peripheral blood were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The level of serum inflammatory cytokines in PCNL patients is significantly increased, which is an important early warning index of septic shock, and the corresponding intervention measures need to be done. |
