| 目的 对低温等离子射频消融术治疗老年喉癌术后喉狭窄的临床效果进行观察分析。方法 选择在本院接受治疗的老年喉癌术后喉狭窄患者60例，随机分为观察组和对照组，各30例，观察组给予低温等离子射频消融术治疗，对照组给予激光治疗。对比两组治疗效果的总有效率和患者的无痛疼例数。 结果 观察组的总有效率（89.63%）高于对照组的总有效率（65.31%），观察组的痛疼程度低于对照组的痛疼程度，两组经对比，差异具有统计学意义（ P<0.05)。结论 低温等离子射频消融术治疗老年喉癌术后喉狭窄的较果较为理想，值得推广使用。 |

| objective to radiofrequency ablation in treatment of the clinical effect of laryngeal stenosis in elderly postoperative laryngeal cancer were analyzed. Methods in our hospital for the treatment of elderly patients with laryngeal stenosis in 60 cases, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 30 cases, observation group were given radiofrequency ablation treatment. The control group was given laser treatment. To compare the efficacy of two groups of the total efficiency and the number of patients with painless pain patients. Results the total effective rate of observation group (89.63%) was higher than the control group in the total efficiency (65.31%), the observation group the pain degree of pain degree is lower than the control group, two groups of comparison, The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
